Shipping Policy

1. Customer Satisfaction

 


We stand firmly behind every product purchased from SUPER LINER. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at support@superlinerusa.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

 

2. Handling Time

 

 

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing in-stock orders.

  • Orders for out-of-stock items may take longer.

  • For time-sensitive orders, contact us before placing your order to avoid delays.

 

 


 

 

3. Shipping Policy

 


Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or major freight carriers for large shipments. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Please Note:

 

  • Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

  • Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

  • If an item is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our support team.

 

 


 

 

4. Shipping Delays

 


While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). For significant delays, contact us for assistance with tracking.

 


 

 

5. Undeliverable Shipments & Order Changes

 

 

  • Customers must provide a valid shipping address and phone number at checkout.

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning a package.

  • Returned shipments will incur return shipping charges to the customer.

  • Once a shipment is picked up by a carrier, any order changes (address updates or item swaps) may incur a carrier processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund or balance.

 

 


 

 

6. Back Order Policy

 

 

  • Items out of stock but expected to be replenished within 30 days can be back-ordered.

  • Orders with back-ordered items will ship together once all items are available.

  • Partial shipments are not supported.

 

 


 

 

7. Pricing & Corrections

 

 

  • We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time.

  • Price changes, discounts, or promotions do not apply to previously placed orders.

 

 


 

 

8. Sales Tax

 

 

  • Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California, as required by law.

  • Orders shipped outside California may be exempt from sales tax.
