Return & Warranty Policy

1. Return Policy

 

At SUPER LINER, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If an item you received is unsatisfactory, please contact us at support@superlinerusa.com within 3 business days of receipt for assistance.


Conditions for Return:

 

  • All returned merchandise must be complete, in brand new and resaleable condition, and authorized in advance.

  • Items from promotional giveaways must include all bonus items in unused, original condition to qualify for a refund.

  • A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for any return. Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at support@superlinerusa.com to obtain an RMA.

  • Return packages must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the RMA. Cases not shipped within this period may be closed.

  • Unauthorized returns or items ineligible for credit will be held for 30 days pending a return shipping label. Otherwise, they may be discarded.

  • All returns must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 


Important Notes:

 

  • Returns are only accepted for currently active items.

  • Special orders, discontinued items, replacement parts, and promotional displays are not returnable.

  • Cargo liners cannot be returned due to cosmetic concerns.

  • Refunds may be issued less applicable fees, or items may be replaced with a similar product if the original is discontinued.

2. Limited Warranty

 


SUPER LINER products come with either a 3-Year or 1-Year Limited Warranty, valid for the original purchaser from an authorized SUPER LINER dealer.


3-Year Warranty Covers:

 

  • KAGU, ELEGANT, ELITECT, and CLASSIC Floor Mats (CLASSIC discontinued)

  • KAGU and UNIVERSAL Cargo Liners

  • UNIVERSAL Floor Mats

 


1-Year Warranty Covers:

 

  • OUTDOOR Series

  • INTERIOR Accessories

 


Warranty Terms:

 

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Does not cover damage from:

     

    • Improper installation

    • Cosmetic wear and tear

    • Modification, abuse, or misuse

     

  • Warranty is non-transferrable.

 


Warranty Claim Process:

 

  1. Email support@superlinerusa.com with your order details, issue description, and photos.

  2. Upon approval, replacement items may be sent.

  3. Original items must be destroyed for safety, with photographic proof submitted.

  4. SUPER LINER reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion.

  5. Freight costs may be credited if a warranty claim is validated.

 


This warranty is offered in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Certain rights may vary by jurisdiction.
